Terms of Use

1. About Block Beam

Block Beam is a casual puzzle game provided by Jaage Studios.

The Game may include features such as gameplay progression, scores, player levels, XP, saved game sessions, settings, advertisements, and rewarded advertising.

Some features of the Game may change, be added, or be removed through future updates.

2. Eligibility

You may use Block Beam only if you are legally permitted to use digital applications and games under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age at which you can legally agree to these Terms in your country, you should use the Game only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Game where required by applicable law.

3. License to Use the Game

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Jaage Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use Block Beam for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Game or any intellectual property associated with it to you.

You may not use the Game for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it without authorization;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• use cheats, exploits, bots, automation tools, unauthorized software, or other methods intended to manipulate gameplay;
• interfere with the normal operation, security, integrity, or performance of the Game;
• attempt to bypass technical restrictions or security measures;
• use the Game for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
• falsely represent yourself as being affiliated with Jaage Studios;
• use Jaage Studios or Block Beam intellectual property without authorization.

We may take reasonable measures to protect the Game against unauthorized use, manipulation, cheating, or abuse.

5. Game Progress and Local Data

Block Beam may store certain gameplay information locally on your device, including information such as:

• game progress;
• best score;
• XP and player level;
• saved game sessions;
• game settings and preferences.

This information may be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear the Game's application data, reset your device, replace your device, or otherwise remove locally stored data.

Unless a cloud-saving or account-based system is expressly introduced in the future, Jaage Studios does not guarantee that locally stored gameplay information can be recovered.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and locally stored game information.

6. Scores, XP, Levels, and Gameplay Features

Block Beam may include scoring systems, XP, player levels, progression systems, rewards, or similar gameplay mechanics.

These systems are part of the entertainment experience and do not represent real-world money, property, currency, or financial value.

Jaage Studios may reasonably adjust scoring systems, XP requirements, progression rules, game balance, difficulty, rewards, or similar mechanics as part of updates, balancing, maintenance, or development of the Game.

7. Advertising

Block Beam may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.

Advertisements may include banners, interstitial advertisements, rewarded advertisements, or other advertising formats supported by the Game.

Advertising providers may process certain device, advertising, interaction, diagnostic, and related information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Information about privacy and advertising-related data processing is described in the Block Beam Privacy Policy .

8. Rewarded Advertisements

Block Beam may allow you to voluntarily watch rewarded advertisements in exchange for an in-game benefit.

For example, a rewarded advertisement may allow you to continue a game session after a game-over condition or provide another gameplay-related benefit.

Rewarded advertisements:

• do not have monetary value;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be transferred to another person;
• may not always be available;
• may depend on internet connectivity, location, advertising inventory, device configuration, or third-party advertising services.

Jaage Studios does not guarantee that a rewarded advertisement will always be available.

If an advertisement cannot be completed because of technical problems, connectivity issues, third-party service failures, or advertising availability, the associated reward may not be provided.

We may modify, replace, limit, or remove rewarded advertising features in future versions of the Game.

9. Third-Party Services

Block Beam may use or interact with third-party services, including services relating to:

• advertising;
• analytics;
• application distribution;
• device functionality;
• fraud prevention;
• technical infrastructure.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and practices.

Jaage Studios does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent actions except to the extent required by applicable law.

Your use of services provided by Google Play or other application distribution platforms may also be subject to the terms of those platforms.

10. Intellectual Property

Block Beam and all associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Jaage Studios.

This includes, where applicable:

• the Block Beam name;
• logos;
• icons;
• artwork;
• graphics;
• animations;
• visual designs;
• user interface elements;
• game mechanics and presentation;
• software and source code;
• sounds and audio;
• text and other game content.

Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

You may not use Jaage Studios or Block Beam trademarks, logos, artwork, or other protected materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

11. Updates and Changes to the Game

We may release updates from time to time to:

• add new features;
• improve performance;
• correct errors;
• improve security;
• rebalance gameplay;
• update advertising systems;
• maintain compatibility with devices or operating systems;
• comply with legal or platform requirements.

Some updates may be required for continued use of the Game.

Features available in one version of Block Beam may be modified or unavailable in later versions.

12. Availability of the Game

We aim to keep Block Beam available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The Game may become temporarily or permanently unavailable because of:

• technical problems;
• maintenance;
• software updates;
• third-party service interruptions;
• platform requirements;
• legal requirements;
• security concerns;
• business or operational decisions.

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Game where reasonably necessary.

13. Internet and Device Requirements

Certain features, particularly advertisements and rewarded advertisements, may require an active internet connection.

You are responsible for any internet, mobile data, device, electricity, or other costs associated with your use of the Game.

Jaage Studios is not responsible for charges imposed by your telecommunications provider, internet provider, device manufacturer, app store, or other third party.

14. No Guarantee of Compatibility

We cannot guarantee that Block Beam will operate on every device, operating system version, screen configuration, or hardware environment.

Updates to Android, Google Play services, device manufacturers' software, advertising SDKs, or other third-party systems may affect the Game's operation.

We may discontinue support for older devices or operating system versions where reasonably necessary.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Block Beam is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Jaage Studios does not guarantee that:

• the Game will always be available;
• the Game will be completely free from errors or bugs;
• gameplay progress will never be lost;
• third-party services will always function;
• advertisements or rewarded advertisements will always be available;
• every device will remain compatible with the Game.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jaage Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use Block Beam.

This may include loss resulting from:

• loss of locally stored game progress;
• device failure;
• internet connectivity problems;
• third-party advertising services;
• operating system changes;
• application store issues;
• temporary interruption of the Game.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

17. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Game where reasonably necessary if a user:

• seriously or repeatedly violates these Terms;
• attempts to cheat, manipulate, exploit, or damage the Game;
• interferes with the security or integrity of the Game;
• uses the Game unlawfully.

We may also discontinue the Game or certain features for technical, operational, legal, security, or business reasons.

You may stop using Block Beam at any time by uninstalling the Game.

18. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Information about how data is handled in connection with Block Beam is provided in our Block Beam Privacy Policy .

The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• changes to Block Beam;
• new features;
• changes to third-party services;
• changes to legal requirements;
• changes to our business or operational practices.

When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be changed.

Where required by law, we may provide additional notice regarding material changes.

Continued use of Block Beam following an update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.

21. No Waiver

If Jaage Studios does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
