Block Beam does not require you to create an account and does not directly request personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, precise location, photographs, microphone recordings, or payment information.

Certain game-related information is stored locally on your device in order for the Game to function properly. This may include:

• game progress;
• best score;
• player level and XP;
• saved game session;
• sound, music, and vibration preferences;
• gameplay settings and preferences.

This information is primarily stored locally on your device and is not intentionally transmitted to Jaage Studios servers.

2. Advertising and Third-Party Data Collection

Block Beam may display advertisements using Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

When advertising services are used, Google and its advertising partners may automatically process certain information. Depending on your device, region, settings, consent choices, and applicable law, this may include:

• IP address;
• device identifiers;
• advertising identifiers;
• application interactions;
• diagnostic and performance information;
• approximate location inferred from information such as an IP address;
• advertising and measurement information;
• fraud-prevention and security information.

Jaage Studios does not sell your personal information.

3. Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising

Depending on your location, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, advertisements shown in Block Beam may be personalized or non-personalized.

Where required, including in relevant regions such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a consent or privacy choices interface may be presented before certain advertising-related processing takes place.

Where available, you may also be able to review or update applicable privacy choices from within the Game.

4. How Information Is Used

Information processed in connection with Block Beam may be used to:

• operate and provide the Game;
• save gameplay progress and preferences;

• prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising activity;

5. Local Game Data

Gameplay progress and preferences stored locally on your device may be deleted if you clear the Game's application data, uninstall the Game, reset your device, or otherwise remove locally stored information.

Deleting local Block Beam data does not necessarily delete information independently processed or retained by third-party services such as Google.

6. Third-Party Services

Block Beam uses or may interact with third-party services, including Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

These third-party providers process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, technologies, and practices. Jaage Studios does not control how independent third-party providers process information.

7. Data Sharing

Jaage Studios does not sell or rent personal information.

Information may be processed or shared where necessary with service providers that support the Game, including advertising providers such as Google and participants in the advertising ecosystem.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, legal process, governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud and abuse.

8. Data Retention

Local gameplay information remains on your device until it is overwritten, cleared, removed through application data deletion, or deleted when the Game is uninstalled.

Information processed by third-party services is retained according to the policies and retention practices of those providers.

Block Beam currently does not use a separate Jaage Studios user-account database for storing player profiles.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of Block Beam to help protect information handled in connection with the Game.

Third-party services, including the Google Mobile Ads SDK, use their own technical and organizational security measures. Data transmitted by those services may be protected in transit using technologies such as TLS.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children's Privacy

Block Beam is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.

Jaage Studios does not knowingly request or directly collect personal information from children through an account or registration system in Block Beam.

If the intended audience or features of the Game change in the future, we may update our advertising configuration, data practices, and this Privacy Policy as appropriate.

11. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide you with certain rights regarding personal information, such as rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain information about certain processing activities.
